Your privacy and data protection are very important to the manager of the Unified Platform for Websites. We assume that if you read this Policy in connection with the consent that is requested from you in connection with the processing of your personal data, you have read this notice before submitting your personal data and have accepted the processing of this data. The State Administration stands for openness and transparency, therefore, when transferring your personal data to us, we have described how and for what purposes personal data is processed on the unified website platform. Before processing personal data, we evaluate the legality of the data processing operation. 

We process the data of natural persons on the basis of official authority and applicable legal obligations. The purpose of the privacy policy of the website's unified platform is, in compliance with the principles of personal data processing included in Regulation No. 27 of April 2016 of the European Parliament and of the Council. 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free circulation of such data (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter - GDPR), provide general information regarding the processing of personal data organized and carried out by the State Chancellery.

The controller of personal data of the unified website platform is the State Chancellery (VK). The personal data processors of the website platform are the institutions of the websites included in the platform, the platform maintainers - the State Regional Development Agency (VRAA), the hosts of technical resources - the Information Center of the Ministry of the Interior (IeMIC) and the providers of technical services - the Latvian State Radio and Television Center (LVRTC).

In the unified website platform, your personal data will be processed in accordance with the realization of the legal interests of the state administrative authorities, the fulfillment of the obligations set forth in the regulatory acts, the fulfillment of the obligations set forth in the contracts, the provision of information to the public, as well as other pre-determined purposes.
